Our next Butcher date is THIS MONDAY APRIL 27TH. Which means your pork would be ready for pick up the week of May 11th.

Then sit tight. We will be in touch to communicate how you want your meat cut up. Then final payment is after the hogs have been processed and we know their total weight and processing fees. It takes about two weeks to process. So the meat should be available to PICK UP in Marshfield, MO around May 11th. Or for a $50 fee we can deliver to your door!
The TOTAL COST is determined on a per pound of hanging weight price (just the meat and bones). Our average hogs are usually between 150lbs - 175lbs hanging weight. Example of a price break down would be:
Hanging weight 150
Stewart Farms x $5 per pound
Butcher fees (average) x $1 per pound
Total of $6 per pound x 150 pounds hanging weight
$900 total for a whole hog. Approximately 130 lbs of packaged, finished meat for the freezer.
