Our Chicken is a heritage breed pasture raised on grass.
Our pork is Old spot Glouchestershire. A heritage breed with a deep red nutty flavor and gorgeous marbling. We raise them on conventional feed with plenty of produce and day old bread from the bakery to supplement. They spend the summers foraging the woods for grubs, roots, and nuts.
Our beef is supplemented from the good folks at Wild Heart Cattle Company. They offer grass fed, grass finished short horn cattle. They follow the same regenerative practices that we do and their cows are happy and healthy.
